RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: Due to the temperature-sensitive and stability-controlled nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once shipped. optimalpeptides cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have left our facility, as we cannot verify that proper storage conditions have been maintained during return transit. This policy protects both optimalpeptides and our customers by ensuring product integrity.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are accepted only prior to shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been tendered to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified. To request cancellation before shipment, contact support@optimalpeptides.com immediately with your order number. We will confirm eligibility. Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. A $[25] processing fee may be deducted to offset fulfillment preparation costs.
THE OptimalPeptides QUALITY GUARANTEE
optimalpeptides stands behind the purity and accuracy of every product. If you independently have a optimalpeptides product tested by an accredited, HPLC-certified third-party laboratory, and the resulting Certificate of Analysis demonstrates a purity level below the percentage stated on the product COA or a quantity variance greater than 10% from the labeled amount, we will:
- Issue a full refund of the product cost and initial shipping fees, OR replace the product, OR issue store credit (at optimalpeptides’s sole option).
- Reimburse the reasonable costs of the third-party laboratory testing.
Verification Requirement: To process a claim under this guarantee, optimalpeptides must be able to verify the test results directly with the testing laboratory facility. Anecdotal or
subjective reports cannot be processed.
Dosage Understanding: This guarantee applies to the active component as scientifically
established. Researchers are responsible for understanding the yield of specific salt compounds
(e.g., a peptide salt yielding a different amount of pure active peptide).
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
optimalpeptides stands behind the quality of its products. If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, meaning the product fails to conform to the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) at the time of shipment, you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
To report a suspected defect, email support@optimalpeptides.com with: (a) your order number; (b) the product name and lot/batch number; (c) a description of the suspected defect; and (d) any supporting documentation, photographs, or independent testing results. optimalpeptides will review your claim and, if a defect is confirmed, will replace the product or issue a refund at its sole option.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives visibly damaged or with compromised packaging: (a) photograph the damage before opening or discarding any packaging (including exterior shipping carton and internal packaging); (b) notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at support@optimalpeptides.com; and (c) retain all packaging materials. optimalpeptides will replace or refund at its sole option.
MISSING ITEMS
optimalpeptides maintains rigorous fulfillment verification and photographic documentation for every order prior to dispatch. If your shipment is incomplete, contact support@optimalpeptides.com within three (3) business days of delivery with your order number and the specific item details. If our records confirm an item was omitted, we will promptly ship the missing product at no additional cost.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that does not match your order, contact support@optimalpeptides.com within seven (7) days of receipt with your order number and description. optimalpeptides will ship the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
LOST SHIPMENTS
optimalpeptides requires a [10]-business-day waiting period from the date of carrier pickup before a package can be officially classified as lost and an insurance claim initiated. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Shipping protection does not extend to packages confirmed as Delivered by the carrier.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or partially used.
• Products where the seal has been broken or tampered with.
• Products returned without prior written authorization from optimalpeptides.
• Products for which the Purchaser cannot provide proof of purchase.
• Products returned more than fourteen (14) days after delivery (except under the Quality
Guarantee).
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued only for: (a) orders canceled prior to shipment; (b) verified manufacturing defects; (c) verified shipping errors attributable to optimalpeptides; or (d) verified Quality Guarantee claims. Refunds are not available for change of mind, ordering errors, or products improperly stored after delivery. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for optimalpeptides errors or Quality Guarantee claims.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
optimalpeptides encourages Purchasers to contact support@optimalpeptides.com to resolve any issues before contacting their financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through optimalpeptides violates these terms. Any account associated with an unauthorized chargeback will be permanently banned. optimalpeptides will provide the financial institution with complete order history, shipping records, fulfillment verification photographs, and checkout attestation records as evidence. Should a chargeback be resolved in favor of optimalpeptides, a $[35] administrative fee will be applied.
STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
Products must be stored in accordance with the specifications provided on the label and Certificate of Analysis. Failure to maintain proper storage conditions may result in product degradation. optimalpeptides bears no responsibility for products improperly stored after delivery, and claims based on degradation due to improper storage will not be honored.
SHIPPING
optimalpeptides ships within the United States only. Products are shipped with appropriate temperature controls when required. Risk of loss and title pass to Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. optimalpeptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
REGULATORY STATUS
Products are labeled "For Research Use Only and are not FDA-approved for any indication. optimalpeptides is solely a supplier of research chemicals and is not a 503A or 503B compounding facility. The regulatory landscape for research chemicals is subject to change. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
POLICY CHANGES
optimalpeptides reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. The policy in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
